Thanks for the comment, chinaman, but I think I'll believe my asian roommate when he says that asian people can indeed grow facial hair. And if you think it's too big, that's something called "exaggeration", which we artists use to enhance a design or concept. On top of that, there's an idea known as "artistic freedom" - this could be a character from a fictional world for all you know. It's totally cool for you to have suggestions about changing something to improve the artwork, but next time try to keep the comments constructive.
i dont know anything about samurai but i like the beard...he def would not be as intimidating looking without it. i like the palette in this on alot. Very easy on the eyes.
