SAMURAI!...finally...

So you guys were right, painting this was fun...can't wait for dreams!!!
Hey guys here it is!! I don't know how much of a Samurai this guy is but I like to think there has a cool story behind him. Maybe he comes from a tribe of samurais that wear big afros to scare people and look mounstrous. I don't know but I know there is something there. I had to wait for the paint to dry but I finally made it. JEEZ you guys did this one fast!!!! I'm loving everyones work so let's keep it up! Oh yeah, the second one was fun too.

very very cool man! i say the hell with the logic, a Samurai would sport a fro if they could. i'm really interested in the drawing one tho, please ink or color in the near future. i think that has a a lot of potential. that's something we all got to watch out for. we're the type of artist that can pop out finish piece for fun and not even consider it. anyway, keep'em coming!
Love the drawing, I'd like to see a colored version, possibly a digital piece - the "fro" and the smoke on the bottom are great, hell, all of it is. And the texture on the painting is really nice, on the bottom and on his outfit. I'm not too sure about the branches, though, they would probably benefit from a little tightening up. I like the combination of the light purple and the browns.
Man I really like the bottom one, you should definatelly do a digital rendering of it.
I'm seeing some wild colors for the bottom one, great stuff.
