I really like the patterns and your stylization of the faces. :-) I see what you mean about the contrast, but I think if you made the book a warmer, lighter color it wouldn't be as much of an issue.
The contrast is not that big of an issue with me because of the subject matter of the piece. I like the softness of it! Love the patterns as well! Good job!
pattern is great! Adjust the value of the clothes to seperate from the faces and i think it will be perfect
I'm suprised no one has mentioned the "awww" factor! Hallmark should eat it up!
i love the facial expressions...i wish i could see what picture they are looking at. something tells me the lady on the left did something very scandalous in her youth...it was caught on camera and put in the yearbook haha
