Caleb I love this piece but hte one on your Blog I think is better. I like it better becaus ethere are more things going on the background. Good job man and you still owe me a visit here in Orlando. Be good.
I think this one is better. It's easier to understand. But in this one the guy's glove is getting lost. In the other one he has a red shirt and it pops out more. Maybe in this one his gloves can be red? looks good caleb!
I think that this piece is truly eye catching! I can't compare it to the "other" one, but I love this! Your artwork style is neat!
Caleb, I prefer this one out of the two versions, because I think that the little boy on the back of the motorcycle makes the piece! He is sooo cute! Plus, since everything is zombie-like, he helps me relate to the piece-I can imagine myself in his shoes. I am fine with the space on the top right, because that is where the Comic title will go. so, to me this one rocks! Plus, I would just like to say that I think that you are getting better and better with each piece! Great job!
Amazing...Keeps getting better and better. The love the linework on the monsters!
damn- you rockin it boy
the monsters look awesome. I like the contrast between them and the sleek ink job on the bike! My only critique is that the bike looks a little thin.
Caleb great job! I love the monsters of course, and it seems your developing a nice visual library. The bike is amazing and i like this version better, the other one seemed disconected and crowded. Anyways great job!
Thanks for the comments and crits, b/c of your critiques I decided to change some stuff during my lunchbreak today and edit my post-the old post is on my website-but I'll probably switch it out with this one after awhile.
I actually like the first version that you posted better...the guy in the background confuses me a little and I liked the kid wearing the red shirt because it balanced out the red in the pic., but with that said they both are amazing!
Plus, (just me having some deep thoughts on color) the kid wearing red looks better (more youthful and alive) than black/dark grey (which is a deathly color). The dark grey shirt seemed more appropriate for the zombie than for an innocent looking little kid--and it seems wrong for the zombie to be wearing a youthful and lively color (condensed version: I would switch back the shirt colors). So, I would keep the version you have on your website the same. I think you giving us too many versions gets confusing...and you are just asking for the critiques...Just some thoughts. Like I said before though--you are amazing!
Yeah dude you added Jimmy I love it.
i really like this piece,i think the hendrix face adds a lot to it.keep up the good work
im definitely a fan of this one...esp the monsters
