you rock fields! she is so cute with her freckles. way to go! i love it!
I really love the palette. Is this one finished? I really want to see modeling on the chair, but perhaps you left it that way intentionally.. great expression too!
Lisa, I love your work. Great colors and use of pattern!
Nice painting Lisa, i looked at your website. But I'm just curious, and this is just an observation, do ever paint any ethnic people? I'm just wondering because i think it would really help diversify your portfolio. Just a thought. Nice work none the less.
Well done as always. Question...do you always paint without doing an acrylic wash first.
another knock out.
what can i say? you're fabulous...
thanks everyone!...as far as painting people of different ethnicities...I have actually been thinking about it lately and i do also believe it would help my portfolio. My issue with that is i usually just have to work with the models that i have access too. Plantmonster :-) - i usually do a couple of light washes with acrylic before i start with the oil. Duncan- I did leave the chair like that intentionally but if it looks like i did not then it doesnt work, i will have to go back and play around with it...thanks!
the expression on the girl's face is perfect, you can tell exactly what she's thinking
I like this! great concept!
